At The Inspired Foundry, we strive to provide clear and transparent information about our fulfillment processes, refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all of our customers. Please review the following policies carefully.
Refund Policy
• Tiny Brands: Refunds are available if requested in writing after purchase but before the Tiny Strategy Call has been completed. No refunds will be issued after the strategy call.
• 1:1 Coaching: Refunds are available if requested in writing up to 48 hours before the next scheduled coaching session. Refund requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be processed.
• Digital and Physical Products: All sales are final for digital and physical products, including but not limited to the Creative’s Almanac, templates, and other downloadable or shipped items. No refunds are offered for these purchases.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
• Digital Products: Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link upon purchase. If you experience issues accessing your digital products, please contact us at [KARLA@THEINSPIREDFOUNDRY.COM.
• Physical Products: For physical items like the Creative’s Almanac, shipping rates, methods, and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to [list eligible destinations]. Please allow [2-5 business days] for delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
• We do not accept returns on any digital or physical products. All sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at karla@theinspiredfoundry.com to discuss a replacement or resolution.
Cancellation Policy
• 1:1 Coaching or Tiny Brands Calls: Cancellations can be made through the Calendly link provided in your booking confirmation email. Please note:
• Coaching Sessions: Cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your session to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
• Tiny Strategy Calls: Rescheduling or cancellation must be completed through Calendly before the scheduled call time. No refunds will be issued after the call has been completed.
